Trout area tour 2025
Friends, comrades, Trout Area racing fans,
The 2025 Trout Area Tour series is exactly halfway through. Now it’s time for the summer break. Enjoy the beautiful spinning season and register for the fall rounds of the Trout Area Tour.
The 2025 season includes a total of six TAT points rounds and one championship race. It’s a little secret that we are preparing several more events outside of the TAT main events. These will be announced as soon as their implementation is confirmed.
The main attractions of our race series remain the same:
- Always, everywhere, at all times – a friendly atmosphere undisturbed by unnecessary restrictions and limitations with emphasis on respectful behaviour towards each other and the fish
- realization of everyone’s competitive desires and mutual year-round measurement of fishing skills on the best stocked trout grounds in the Czech Republic
- Last but not least, the unrivalled highest prize money of any similar race, which will reach 100,000Kč (€4,000) in 2025
We are still working on the preparation of the races as well as the editing of this website. Gradually new, important information will appear here as well as on our Facebook page. So don’t forget to follow us :). We look forward to seeing you all later at the races.

Seriál závodů TAT vznikl v roce 2024 primárně jako reakce na (hodně mírně řečeno) nekorektní chování Odboru LRU Přívlač při Českém rybářském svazu týkající se výběrového řízení na pozici státního trenéra Trout Area, jež mělo proběhnout v roce 2023/24. U jmenovaného výběrového řízení nebyly dodrženy ani procesní, ani faktické náležitosti daného řízení. Nebyly zveřejněny ani podmínky výběrového řízení, ani jeho vyhodnocení. Na příslušné nesrovnalosti jsme neupozorňovali pouze my, ale prakticky celá "Trout Area scéna" - myšleno rybářská veřejnost, kterou TA zajímá. Výsledkem vznesených protestů nebylo anulování daného výběrového řízení, jak by se dalo očekávat, ale vyjádření Odboru LRU Přívlač, že volba státního trenéra proběhla dle zažité praxe "Per rollam", a je tudíž v pořádku... formu hlasování však pokud víme nikdo nerozporoval. Problém byl v tom, že se celá řada, dle našeho mínění, kvalitnějších adeptů do daného výběrového řízení nemohla přihlásit. Na rozdíl od podstatné části "TA veřejnosti" jsme se rozhodli jít vlastní cestou a nemyslíme si, že nastal čas na "podávání rukou".

as promised, registration for the new edition of the Trout Area Tour has just opened!
We’ve gone to great lengths to bring you the complete TAT calendar for 2025 all at once this year. These are the dates for all six TAT points rounds and one championship race. A little secret is that we are preparing a few more events outside of the TAT backbone events. These will be posted as soon as they are confirmed.
Registration for all 6 rounds of the TAT will open at the opening of For Fishing 2025, today, February 20, 2025.
